ABOUT CANVAS PRINTMAKER
The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms of business. The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for the sale and supply of Canvas Printmaker's services and materials. They specifically exclude any terms and conditions preferred by the client.
Canvas Printmaker reserves the right to alter prices without notice
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is open for acceptance not exceeding 30 days from the date of supply.
Any modifications to quotations supplied must be agreed in writing. If a special quotation is used then reference to that must be made. All telephone and associated orders should be confirmed in writing. All communications relating to orders should specify the date of the original order together with a description of the goods.
By placing an order the client declares their right to reproduce all artwork, negatives, transparencies, slides, digital files, cd's, dvd's, vhs videos, betamax videos, camcorder cassettes, audio cassettes and cine films supplied. The client assumes absolute liability for any resulting violation of copyright in any action brought by a third party. From time to time we may feature your photos on the website and if you prefer them not to appear then you must specify this at the time of your order. We will never use any of your photos on printed promotional materials.
Canvas Printmaker employs the most modern methods of working and takes into account, wherever technically possible, requests regarding colour balance. Without special instruction, reproduction of colour will be deemed faithful at the discretion of the company.
Goods are sent directly at the risk of the client or consignee. Despatch other than by Royal Mail or Parcelforce will be undertaken where specifically requested.
Canvas Printmaker will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders are completed within the time stated but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failure to do so. Should delay be experienced in the completion of an order the buyer does not have the right to concede their order either entirely or in part.
Any goods rejected for not complying with the placed order must be rejected in writing within seven days of receipt by the client. Goods damaged in transit must be kept within their original packaging for inspection. In cases of complaint it is necessary that all relative work be returned together with the relevant paperwork. The company must be notified immediately if delivery is not effected within three days.
Retention of Title
The risk in the goods forming the subject of this contract passes to the purchaser on delivery, but title and beneficial ownership shall remain with us the seller until full payment has been received. (Each order being considered a whole).
Canvas Printmaker is proud of its reputation for careful handling of client's work and for the fact that it takes all possible care with regard to the property entrusted to it. Canvas Printmaker will however not accept liability beyond the cost of the client's original material and should this have an intrinsic value beyond that of the material itself then the client will have been assumed to have effected all risks insurance to the extent of the value.
Canvas Printmaker will not be responsible for errors which occur in the absence of written instructions or in the case of ambiguous or unclear instructions. We are proud of our quality and our service; however, shortages or errors must be notified within three days of receipt. Complaints must be accompanied by the relevant paperwork and original order details.
We don't use analytics or cookies. We do have a widgit that displays our recent reviews on the main page and also the customer feedback and reviews page, which is supplied from a third party.
